You are the sole reason that I fell in love with grants and
the main reason I became a superintendent. Your help
over the years has been paramount toward my success
and understanding. Thank you for all that you have done.

You have always been so helpful and kind. I wish you the very best. I have to admit we had a nickname for you, “Frank the Tank,” since you knew everything about everything!!!

I have truly appreciated your support over the past several 
years as I felt my way (sometimes poorly) through the world 
of Title grants. I always felt like you were in our district’s
corner and that means a lot. I’m guessing everyone felt that way. 
Best of luck to you and THANK YOU for the many things you 
have done over the years for our Indiana schools.

I have had the honor of working with Frank Chiki, as the Director of the Indiana Department of Federal Grants. Frank’s leadership has been truly impeccable. His deep understanding of federal law, combined with his awareness of the unique needs of school corporations and the diverse student populations they serve, set him apart as an exceptional leader.

What is most impressive, however, is Frank’s ability to connect on a personal level. Despite his role at the state level, he consistently took the time to respond promptly to requests for information and support. His thoughtful feedback and genuine willingness to assist district leaders demonstrate not only his expertise, but also his dedication to serving others with integrity and care.

Your presence, expertise, and professionalism will be greatly
missed. Your support was always a breath of fresh air. (Reaching
out to you for some assistance amidst unresponsiveness from
others was actually on my to-do list today!).

You were always supportive and willing to provide the answers
we needed, whether they were the answers we wanted or not.
